Here at 9Round our 9Round certified trainers guide members through a different full-body workout with every visit. Incorporating kickboxing and boxing techniques through circuit training, strength training, aerobic and anaerobic exercises. This 30-minute workout is one of the most efficient workouts you can ask for. Best of all, NO CLASS TIMES! This means as a member you come at your own convenience.
