Welcome to 9Round of Harbison! We are located behind the mall in the 5-Guys shopping center. Our program is a 30 minute, circuit training, kickboxing total body workout. You can burn up to 500 calories in only 30 minutes! The combination of resistance training and cardiovascular training will help you reach your fitness goals fast. You will go through 9 different stations with a certified 9Round Specialist each workout. The workout changes daily and we will customize the workout just for YOU.
