Spring is slowly showing up in our area. What a good time to get fit while giving back to your community. For the month of April, all new members who sign up and bring in a food donation for the local food bank will receive their gloves for free. We want to help stock the food bank so that every family in Billings can enjoy a wonderful Easter meal. Get fit and help support a good cause. We will punch out hunger one member at a time!

Phishing Emailsgo back phishing We don't know how widespread these emails are - but we have received phishing emails that pretend to be - the emails we have received talks about a "server upgrade" and provides a link to download some file - that would presumably be some kind of virus. Phishing emails can look at first glance to be legitimate because they have the domain in the link - but on further investigation the link is not the domain at all. Banks, services like ebay, paypal, facebookand so on are targets of phishing attacks millions of times a day, looks like ClubReady has joined that club. The rule to hold in mind is : We will never email you asking to urgently download a file or click on some link to 'upgrade' something We will never send you an email asking you toupdate your login...
