There are NO CLASS TIMES which makes it convenient with your schedule. A new workout begins every 3 minutes, and you are in and out in a half-hour. The trainers change your workout everyday so you will never do the same workout twice, which keeps your body guessing and keeps you progressing towards your fitness goals. Welcome to 2015! Every year, Ethan and I sit down and make our New Year’s resolutions. We make personal, family, and business resolutions and a plan on how we are going to achieve these goals. We are already two weeks into the New Year, so I want to know, what is your resolution? What are you doing every day to achieve your goal? As you know we opened our doors in February 2014. During our first year we helped members reach their goals 9 rounds at a time, from being able to fit in their skinny jeans, to losing inches, to managing their diabetes with diet.  Members trusted us enough to help and guide them along the way. No matter what your 2015 goals are your trainers are here for you! Not only are we your trainers, we are also your support and cheerleaders.
