Kickboxing fitness in Longmont, Colorado (CO) - NO CLASS TIMES: We want you to come in and give the 9Round fitness workout a try absolutely FREE!!

Our circuit training model allows for no class times so the workout starts at a time that’s convenient for you. A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each workout is "FULL BODY" and you're in and out in just 30 minutes. The workouts change daily so there is no chance of boredom and we can keep the workout fun and stimulating.

The best part is a 9Round fitness TRAINER will be with you every step of the way to motivate and help you meet your goals!

We’re located near the corner of 17th and Pace, in King Soopers Shopping Center.

We don't have class times.....a new round is literally every 3 minutes, so you can come in at your convenience!! We change the workout every single day to keep your body guessing, and changing. There is always a trainer there to show you, guide you and motivate you. Give us 30 minutes a day, and watch the your body...
