The trainer-led experience

The trainer-led experience

A tried-and-true 9Round member favorite. During our Trainer-Led circuit hours, you’ll be guided and motivated by Champion Trainers as you move through the day’s workout. With the TLE, you’ll have dedicated time with a trainer performing traditional kickboxing and boxing combinations with various striking targets throughout your session.

The self-guided experience

The Self-guided EXPERIENCE

You’ll never have to think of your own workout at 9Round. With our Daily Workout Screen technology, you just show up, wait for the next bell, and get started with your workout. Our automated voice timer and the screens at each station guide you through exactly what to do and demonstrate how to execute the exercises with proper form.

The Personal Training Experience

The Personal Training Experience

Book a time with one of our 9Round Certified Trainers to get one-on-one coaching through each and every exercise. Your entire workout will be fully customized to your fitness level and goals, and you’ll leave sweating and smiling. Personal Training sessions and packages can be purchased in-person at the studio.
