9Round Moves to Take on Vacation
Summer may not officially be here yet, but it’s never too early to think about some fun in the sun. If you’re planning a trip somewhere tropical to see the ocean or escaping to a cabin in the mountains, there might be one thing you’re forgetting – your fitness routine!
We know it can be easy to leave your workout routine behind when it comes to vacation, so we came up with five 9Round moves that you can take anywhere on your travels, whether you’re on a business trip or a family vacation. These can even be done in the comfort of your hotel room or Airbnb!
1. Linear Shadow Box Punching Drill
2. Walking Push-Ups
3. Air Side Kicks
4. Half Burpee into Squat Hold 10 Punch
5.Plank Jack + Heel Raise Combo
Knock out your workout any time, any place by doing these moves for 1 minute each. Repeat the circuit three times for a quick 15-minute workout! If you really miss getting a full, 30-minute 9Round workout, then amp it up a little and do these exercises for 2 minutes each and repeat the circuit three times.
