They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and they are right! Skipping breakfast leads to a slower metabolism and cravings later in the day, so make time to get this meal in! However, often, breakfast choices are sugar laden, glorified desserts, rather than substantial meals. Don’t fall prey to this!

Grab a low sugar granola of your choice and try this recipe for a hearty, protein packed breakfast that will keep you full for hours with no sugar buzz or crash; all while supporting a healthy lifestyle! Enjoy. 

 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 scoop 9Round Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream flavor

Shake well to blend

 

pour over 1/2 cup low sugar granola of choice 

top with a few berries and enjoy! 

 

Depending on granola choice, this recipe is approx 350 calories, delicious, fills you up for hours and gives you incredible energy without the sugar rush of most morning cereals!
