A meal like this makes for a great lunch and/or dinner. This is also the type of meal that you can make multiples of at one time and you will be set for numerous lunches all throughout the week.

1 teaspoons Mustard
2 tablespoons Avocado
1 slice Mozzarella Cheese
2 slices Pickle
1 cup Spinach, Baby
1 slice Tomato, Sliced
2 oz Turkey Breast, Cracked Pepper Mill Smoked, Boars Head
2 slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread W/extra Fiber
