Ross and Sherie Flores are both veterans of the military and know the importance of staying physically fit. Sherie is a certified trainer who has competed in many triathlons, and she and her husband have participated in several marathons. They are aware of the fact that many people may find it difficult to find the time needed to exercise. However, they felt that 9Round was the perfect solution to this problem with no class times and only thirty minutes needed to workout. They felt it would help many people in their community. In fact they chose Charlottesville because many people there were already active, so they felt that the area would love having a different type of gym in their town. It can give them some variety and a way to spice of their usual fitness routines, especially since 9Round loves to switch up their workouts daily.
