Ismael "Ish" VenegasA California transplant that has called DC home since the since the late 90’s, “Ish” is a fitness junkie who believes that fitness and fun go hand in hand. With a background in Muay Thai and American Kickboxing, his goal is to ensure that every member gets the best and most efficient workout possible in the shortest amount of time. Since fitness and nutrition have always been major components in his life, he is committed to ensure that every member achieves their personal fitness goals.
Pedro "The Real Deal" PizarroBorn in Bogota, Colombia and raised locally, Pedro is a graduate of Mt. Vernon H.S. He then pursued an acting career and attained a degree in performing arts from NYU’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts. Pedro’s fitness career began in the mid 90's in New York City as a personal trainer & group fitness instructor with a primary focus in Sports Conditioning. He is an avid sports fan and still enjoys participating in pick-up basketball whenever the chance arises. He also believes in living life to the fullest - Carpe Diem! No Excuses, No Regrets!
Dave "Dangerous" BlakeOriginally from Florida, “Dangerous” Dave is an Army veteran who has called Alexandria home for over a decade. In his previous military career, Dave served as a Medical Officer, Master Fitness Trainer, and Combatives Instructor. Also during this time, he learned to speak Thai and fell in love with the sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing. Dave has always been a lifelong poly athlete who enjoys a variety of martial arts and sports including: Kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Okinawa-Te Karate, Kali/Arnis/Escrima, soccer, football, cycling, trail running and sky diving. Dave believes that there is a fighter in all of us. His personal mission is to arm us with the tools to excel in all aspects of our lives and fight against the daily grind.
Jeremy "Scorsese" WheelerJeremy "Scorsese" Wheeler is an Army Veteran as passionate about health and fitness as he is about training. A former college wrestler and Close Quarters Combat trainer in the Army, he brings a lifetime of functional fitness and training experience to the gym. He's also an award-winning film and television producer in his spare time.
