  • I love the flexibility of being able to start a workout when I need to and not worrying about making a class time. I love the trainers who are supportive and make the class more engaging and fun. I love every minute of the class and the feeling I get when I complete a workout. It is the only workout I have tried that keeps me engaged and my heart rate up and that I look forward to each time and miss when I can't make it.

  • The quick 30 minute workout completely kicks my butt. At the end of the workout, I know that if I pushed myself, there's no other gym experience that could have offered me more. I leave feeling very satisfied and confident that my body and health will change for the better. The trainers, too, are an added positive piece to the 9Round experience. Very determined and skilled, each trainer brings their own unique personality and style into the workout. I'm never disappointed. Before leaving the 9Round studio I make sure to ring the bell three times because I'm usually feeling great about my "killer" workout.

  • I’ve loved 9Round! The workouts are always different and it’s amazing to go any time you’d like with no class schedules. The trainers are all great and super friendly. One negative- 9Round is closed 1:30-3:30 every day, which is a long time and has been really tough for my schedule to fit in workouts during the week. Other than that, I love it and can’t wait for my next workout

  • Great and quick workout. You get a lot of workout in a little time. If you want to shape up but don't have hours a day, this is an excellent choice. We got always a personal professional coaching and much more than 30 minutes a day, not a mass-market DVD program. I like this program because it allows for more people to do this workout if they are at different levels, or it allows me to try my best. It allows more people to have access to a great workout program. I really commend 9Round for this workout, programs, events and always friendly coaches.

  • Honestly, the instructors make it the best! I always enjoy when Danny is there. I am the most motivated when working on the bags with him...he definitely pushes me to work hard every time! Mike is also helpful and doesn’t hesitate to correct my form to help me hit, kick, etc. stronger. I love that there are no class times, you’re in and out within 30 minutes and it’s a great workout! Love it!

  • My story is the same old story - I've tried everything. I cut out this, and that, then that again. It got to the point that I didn't know what to eat, so I stopped eating; just enough to keep my stomach from growling. A few years ago I tried one of the marketed diet plans. I stuck to it religiously together with 2 hours of vigorous workouts 5-6 days a week for 6 months. I dropped the initial 12 lbs. of water weight, but then nothing. Never inches. Last year I started the Keto diet and dropped 24 pounds, but it wasn't until 9Rounds did I drop the inches. I'm down 2 dress sizes and feel fantastic!! I can wear a bathing suit with confidence. IT has been the most exciting journey I've been on. I love 9Rounds because there are no class times and the trainers are personable. They push you just enough to feel challenged. But they know your name and what you can do. This is the #1 best experience I have had in my weight loss journey.

  • Mike <span class="nick-name">"TT"</span> Stokes
    Mike "TT" Stokes
    Mike is Operations Director for 9Round Irvine, 9Round Anaheim, and 9Round Brea. Mike has many years experience in boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and as a certified personal trainer. He has competed as an amateur "Golden Gloves" boxer. Prior to moving to Orange County in 2017 he worked as a Trainer/Manager at 9Round clubs in Houston, TX. Mike previously worked in the field of emergency management/homeland security planning and operations. Mike loves the 9Round workout and fun atmosphere in a busy 9Round gym!!

    Hi! My name is Ricky and I’ve been an athlete my whole life. My background is in MMA and wrestling with extensive experience in fight camps. My skills include varsity level wrestling, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, western style boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing. I’ve also competed in Pankration and amateur MMA tournaments. I look forward to accompanying you on your physical fitness journey!

    Kevin "Viking" Doyle
    Kevin was born and raised in Orlando FL. He started studying Shito-Ryu Karate and Kickboxing at age 15. When he was 22 he joined the military, eventually becoming a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor. During his tenure he trained over 2,000 Marines in martial arts and fitness. After leaving active duty he settled in Southern California where he now studies Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has been a personal trainer for the last year and a half.

    MIchael "Mayhem" Arebalo
    Michael Arebalo aspired to provide fitness training to others, and that is what brought him to 9Round. He is a 24-year-old college student, born and raised in Orange County. His interests are in competitive Spartan racing and healthy living. Through 2 combat ours in the US Marine corps he gained the ability to persevere through anything to obtain the mission goal. His mission here is to help you reach your goal in a healthy and fun manner, whether it be losing 20lbs or becoming the next Greatest Of All Time (GOAT)! With Michael’s motivated spirit and go get it attitude he is here for you.

    Jacqueline "Ninja" Tran
    I enjoy fitness because it makes me strong, healthy, and happy. My preferred fitness style is boxing and kickboxing. I was introduced to boxing through a colleague. Boxing got me into good physical and mental shape. I eventually started taking kickboxing classes because I wanted additional lower body workout. I enjoy the challenge of incorporating kicks into my combinations. Through boxing and kickboxing I meet great friends who train me and spend time with me inside and outside of the gym. I want members of 9Round to gain similar experience. My goals for our members are: 1) Learn correct technique and form in their exercises 2) Get into shape and improve health 3) Improve dexterity and balance 4) Have fun and make friends who share similar interests I look forward to assist 9Rounders!

In my free time you will usually find me with some kind of board under my feet. It is my goal to make sure that every time you leave here that your feel like you pushed your self to the best of your abilities. I'm here to help you better yourself physically and hopefully mentally. I want the see you meet your goals as much you do. All that said let's strap up and hop in to the next round!
