  • Great and quick workout. You get a lot of workout in a little time. If you want to shape up but don't have hours a day, this is an excellent choice. We got always a personal professional coaching and much more than 30 minutes a day, not a mass-market DVD program. I like this program because it allows for more people to do this workout if they are at different levels, or it allows me to try my best. It allows more people to have access to a great workout program. I really commend 9Round for this workout, programs, events and always friendly coaches.

    Mike "TT" Stokes
    Mike is Operations Director for 9Round Irvine and 9Round Anaheim. Mike has many years experience in boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and as a certified personal trainer. He has competed as an amateur "Golden Gloves" boxer. Mike has worked as a Trainer/Manager at 9Round clubs in Houston, TX prior to moving to Orange County is 2017. He has previously worked in the field of emergency management/homeland security planning and operations. Mike loves the 9Round workout and fun atmosphere in a busy 9Round club!!

    Hi my name is Danny Golden I am an ACE certified personal trainer and aspiring professional athlete. I have been in love with fitness since I was a kid and have devoted my adult years to helping others reach their full-potential. I was drawn to 9Round because of its fun and safe approach to developing proper kickboxing fundamentals. Also, I am a huge fan of fat torching workouts. I look forward to working with you! My skills include varsity level wrestling, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, western style boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing. I’ve also competed in Pankration and amateur MMA tournaments.
