  • When I started 9Round in July 2014, I had a 9month old and had really packed on the pounds with my pregnancy and had not lost any of it. I love 9Round!!! I go 3-4 days a week and have lost 26.5in total. I can fit back into my cloths!!! I have more energy to play with my kids. But I'm not done yet, I'm still losing and I feel great!!!

  • I had a membership and trainer at Golds Gym about a year ago and it took me at least 6 months for myself to start seeing a change. When I went to golds I never knew what kind of workout I was going to do and I would spend half of my time there deciding what to do, and eventually I stopped going because of it. After attending 9round my first time with my friend Sarah I was already addicted to it! The trainer there already has a workout planned for you (which you can change it you need to) and you never do the same workout twice! Never in my life have I felt that good about a 30 minute workout! At first I was thinking this isn't going to be nothing since I was used to working out around 2 hours and hardly sweating…was i WRONG! During the first 2 rounds I was already drenched! Now I've been working out at 9round for about 2 months and I can already see changes. I feel better about myself and I brag about this place all the time to anyone who tells me there struggling with their weight. 9round is by far the best gym! The membership comes with a personal trainer, unlimited workouts, and no class/training times!

  • I started 9 Rounds in Anderson about 4 weeks ago to get back in shape. I LOVE IT. You never do the same workout twice. In 30 minutes I get a better work out than I used to in an 1 1/2 hrs at a conventional gym. I have already started to see significant changes in muscle tone, I feel better & have more energy. The trainers are awesome & actually greet you by name when you come in. I actually look forward to working out & that's one statement I never thought I would make.

  • A year ago at 51 my doctor told me that the next time they would see me it would be because of a heart attack or stroke. It was at that point I realized I had to do something as I still had a so much I wanted to do and accomplish. Katie had come to a Weight Watcher 's meeting and I told a friend and we tried it out. My friend who is 20 years younger than I was all in....I was a bit apprehensive. But decided to give it a try. I am very thankful that I did, as it is unbelievable how much I have improved in stamina and strength. I have lost 42 lbs and well on my way to being a healthier me!
