In real time, the 9ROUND PULSE™ in-club display shows your effort level, heart rate, calories burned, and PULSE Points earned during your workout. Color-coded heart rate zones make it easy to see your effort level at a glance.
How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Kirstin "KrazyKir" DavidsKirstin “KrazyKir” Davids comes from a background in soccer, playing from a very young age competitively in traveling soccer and on Olympic Development teams. Kirstin is a mother of three beautiful girls and also going to college as a full time student studying Exercise Science and Teaching. She loves being active and helping others achieve their goals and understands first-hand how difficult it is to get that very important workout in. Which is why 9Round kickboxing works great with her schedule. Kirstin has lot of energy and is so much fun to be around and work out with. We know you will love working out with her too!
Brian "The Lion" MillerBrian the “Lion” Miller is one of our 9Round owners and trainers. Brian has always had a passion for sports and has a natural talent for pretty much any sport he tries. Brian has a degree in psychology which makes complete sense because of his other passion for helping people in any way possible. With his passion for people and his talent for athleticism it makes sense for him to be a 9round trainer. He will be there for you… with what we call E2 = Energy & Enthusiasm! We are very lucky to have him as part of our 9Round team of trainers.
Rod "Rock Hands" RobertsRod "Rock Hand" Roberts is a highly motivated trainer who wants to help you reach all your fitness goals 9Rounds at a time. Rod served in the military and is currently a fulltime Deputy Sheriff. He loves being physically active doing all types of sports in his free time. He understands how to work with all fitness levels and is there to keep you motivated. People love to workout with Rod and we know you will too.
Bonnie "Boom Boom" AndersonBonnie "Boom Boom" Anderson joined the 9Round Apple Valley team of trainers after trying the workout and realizing how much fun it is. Bonnie is a certified trainer and spends much of her free time helping people reach there fitness goals. Bonnie has a great attitude and a wonderful energetic spirit. We are so happy to have Bonnie be a part of our team.

Went in for free trial session. Very clean and staff super friendly! Personal trainer Tamara was encouraging and patient as she showed me what to do at each 3 minute station. The 30 minutes went by extremely fast as I was going from round to round doing a different exercise. At the end I had a good sweat going and could feel the burn! Highly recommend trying this workout and location if you want to get an early start on New Year's resolutions!
