About the team
Chris has been the owner since 2014. She is also Trauma Specialist and works with children and adolescents. She has a Black Sash in Muay Thai Kickbox...ing and loves fitness. More
Justin has been a part of the 9Round team for almost 5 years. He is a master at pad drills and loves learning and teaching new techniques.
Summer has been a trainer with us since 2016. She is an enthusiastic trainer with a wicked sense of humor. She is happy to help you achieve your fit...ness goals! More

9 Rounds is a great cardiovascular workout. The HIT style workouts are great for hitting your target heart rate. While the low intensity, active recovery continues the blood flow, carrying adequate ox... ygen to the muscles for effective recovery. Therefore, helping you go harder in the next round. The trainers are great, especially Jordan! She has a great personality, always motivating the clients, and knowledgeable about how the body reacts to intense exercise. I really enjoy the stimulation; my brain is engaged each workout because each workout is different. The combos and new moves require me to think, as opposed to moving in one direction on a treadmill, ... etc. I love feeling strong and capable, and I get stronger with each visit. I love that it's quick 30 minutes full body workout. By the time my arm is tired of doing something, I move on to the next round. Even though I hate workout and gyms in general, 9 round has been mor... e than enjoyable and now I actually look forward to it. Of course, seeing results only add to the motivation. Love the music they play and fast pace workout without much distraction. I also feel like I'm learning valuable self-defense skills. Great for women who has small frame like myself.
