  • I love that the trainers know me. Not just my nickname, but my real name. When I first tried 9 round, I thought I’d hate that. I was worried about how closely they could see me and how poorly I may perform at first. But instead...it’s what’s kept me going back every day! The accountability feels like a friend being excited for me to show up, not some muscle head trainer being disappointed if I don’t make it Friday morning. I get excited to see Justin and Chris and Summer. I look forward to my workout. It’s a great feeling.

  • As a very busy working mom, I love that I can go in any time of day and immediately work out. I don’t have to think or plan a routine, I just have to show up. And be ready to sweat :). Always having a trainer on staff ensures me I’ll do the right movements and also helps push and encourage me. I also love that the workouts always kick my butt! And I love how much stronger I feel after just a few weeks of joining and working out. And what a great way to relieve some stress!!

  • This is the best workout ever. I am 58 years old and thought I would not be able to do the workout. I can do this one. I had a hurt shoulder before I joined and am a little limited with some things. Not a problem, the trainers will always give me an alternate exercise to do. I feel so much better. I just hit my 50th workout. In 30 minutes, I am in and out. Love, love, love this.

  • I love everything about 9Round! The trainers are awesome and encouraging, they push you to do your best. I love that it is only 30 minutes so I’m in and out, which is important for my busy schedule. It is a full body workout that changes daily and I’m never bored. This is the longest I’ve stuck with a gym and I look forward to going every day!

  • I can come whenever I want without reserving a space ahead of time, and the trainers are always helpful when I have a question or need to modify an exercise. The workouts are good as written, but there is flexibility to modify as needed depending on ability, and I can continue to work out even if I have a minor injury without causing additional pain/discomfort/injury.

  • From the value and having a trainer there every session, it’s worth the time and money! The hours open and no class times works perfectly with my schedule. The workouts change everyday and are atlases made out for you, which keeps it challenging and you never have to worry about what area you’re going to work today since it’s always a full body workout!

    Chris has been the owner since 2014. She is also Trauma Specialist and works with children and adolescents. She has a Black Sash in Muay Thai Kickboxing and loves fitness.
