  • I really enjoy the stimulation; my brain is engaged each workout because each workout is different. The combos and new moves require me to think, as opposed to moving in one direction on a treadmill, etc. I love feeling strong and capable, and I get stronger with each visit. I trust the trainers and value their insights, and I feel like they actually care about my experience.

  • I love that it's quick 30 minutes full body workout. By the time my arm is tired of doing something, I move on to the next round. Even though I hate workout and gyms in general, 9 round has been more than enjoyable and now I actually look forward to it. Of course, seeing results only add to the motivation. Love the music they play and fast pace workout without much distraction. I also feel like I'm learning valuable self-defense skills. Great for women who has small frame like myself.

  • I love that the trainers know me. Not just my nickname, but my real name. When I first tried 9 round, I thought I’d hate that. I was worried about how closely they could see me and how poorly I may perform at first. But instead...it’s what’s kept me going back every day! The accountability feels like a friend being excited for me to show up, not some muscle head trainer being disappointed if I don’t make it Friday morning. I get excited to see Justin and Chris and Summer. I look forward to my workout. It’s a great feeling.

  • As a very busy working mom, I love that I can go in any time of day and immediately work out. I don’t have to think or plan a routine, I just have to show up. And be ready to sweat :). Always having a trainer on staff ensures me I’ll do the right movements and also helps push and encourage me. I also love that the workouts always kick my butt! And I love how much stronger I feel after just a few weeks of joining and working out. And what a great way to relieve some stress!!

    Chris has been the owner since 2014. She is also Trauma Specialist and works with children and adolescents. She has a Black Sash in Muay Thai Kickboxing and loves fitness.

    Justin has been a part of the 9Round team for almost 5 years. He is a master at pad drills and loves learning and teaching new techniques.
