  • I love the time aspect- no set class times and in a half hour you feel as if you've had a great workout. There is no skimping even though it's a very reasonable amount of time even for the busiest of schedules. Also all of the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The trainers, the design of the workouts and organization of the space creates a personalized experience.
