Born and raised in the Austin TX area, Vince is a trained boxer. He began boxing 17 years ago under the trainer Richard Lord at the Lord’s Boxing Gym.... Vince has fought in multiple amateur boxing matches over the years and sparred with numerous professional boxers including Jesus Chavez. Before 9 Round, Vince was a boxing coach and taught Women’s Self Defense. Vince is aware that the techniques and conditioning learned in boxing can help in real life situations- bringing self-control, confidence and a new found passion. In his spare time Vince enjoys spending time with his family, reading and watching UFC Fights. More

I love the time aspect- no set class times and in a half hour you feel as if you've had a great workout. There is no skimping even though it's a very reasonable amount of time even for the busiest of ... schedules. Also all of the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging.
