  • I was just telling a friend that I can actually feel myself getting stronger and feel the workouts getting easier, and I have never in my life felt that way about a workout. I played soccer growing up, and since my soccer career ended, I've been searching for a workout that didn't make me bored or burnt out. 9Round has been the perfect fit for me. The trainers are amazing and so knowledgable and are constantly pushing me to better myself in the gym. I also love the fact that the workout is only 30 minutes long, and I burn 500+ calories every single time. With my busy work schedule, I also can't always promise myself that I'll make a 7 PM on the dot scheduled class, but with 9Round's circuit, "any time" class, I'm able to fit a workout in any day of the week. I'm finally excited to workout again!

    Nuala "Nutella" Deely
    Hey I'm Nuala! I'm from Boston, Massachusetts! i spontaneously moved to Austin upon graduating college and have found myself a home here at 9Round South Lamar! When I'm not here you can find me spending my free time outdoors, hanging out with friends, I also love to travel and see new places. I workout because it makes me happy, and firmly believe in look good, feel good. With the help of 9Round I have been able to knockoff over 20 pounds! I take pride in getting to know all our members so don't hold back! Get in here and workout with me!

    Donald "Turtle" Brooks
    I've been training martial arts since I was 5 in everything from Korean to African Martial Arts. I am currently training in Goju-ryu Karate, Shuai jiao and various forms of boxing and kickboxing. I've been teaching kickboxing for around 5 years now. I've been competing off and on since I was 15. I love coming up with new unique ways to teach technique so don't be afraid to ask questions. I'm really excited to share knowledge and hit stuff you guys. P.S. I'm smiling :)
