  • LOVE LOVE LOVE the atmosphere, the changes of workouts daily, the nice equipment, the weekly CHOW, monthly challenges and so much more! It’s my time during the day and I usually can’t wait to get there and get my workout in! I love that I can finish 9 rounds and bounce around if I want to put a little more time in. The knowledgeable trainers are motivating, encouraging and push you to limits you didn’t know you had! It’s a great feeling (till the next day lol) to find out just want your made of! 9Rounds has been lifesaving for me!!

  • 9Round is amazing at working every muscle in your body, even muscles you forgot you had. Every day of the week there is a new workout, and it makes it where you don’t get bored doing the same routine. The trainers make you work harder and you feel like you’re getting the one on one attention needed like you would if you did a group training session at a gym or sometimes depending on the time of day, you get your own personal trainer to help you do your workouts correctly. I’ve quit a lot of gyms, beach body and I’ve down Orangetheory and nothing compares to a 9round. The atmosphere and the workouts you get are priceless. It’s definitely worth the cost and you will love the results. If you’re dieting it’ll increase your weight loss goals or just trying to maintain its the best workout for that and it improves your strength and gives you lean muscles.

  • I love how available it is. You can come in whenever fits best for you, it’s a full body workout that constantly challenges you. I’ve never been able to stay consistent or excited about working out and eating right but i actually get excited to work out now. I stay consistent with the meal plan. Everything on it is so good and it doesn’t even leave you wanting a cheat meal. Since I’ve started 9Round I’ve been more motivated than ever to get back into shape.

  • What I like most about 9 round is that the workout changes daily, you don't feel like you're doing anything crazy intense, there is no pressure to get your heart rate up (it happens naturally from the different workouts), and the staff makes sure you're doing the workout properly. You don't have to worry about a class time, you walk in and just start on the round that the trainer designates. It's a good environment, they let you have a fighter name instead of just your name if you want something funny. The workout works you more than Orangetheory (i've been to both and even though you're doing more cardio, I wasn't sore the next day like they told me I would be). 9Round gives me the workout I need, not the one I thought I wanted, and the improvements I've seen in my body from the help of the staff is monumental.

  • The workout variety is the #1 reason I recommend 9Round all the time. A close second is the trainers. I’ll be 59 in a few weeks and they do a great job of helping find moves I can do and still challenge me. 9Round is the only “gym” where I have been a member and didn’t lose interest after a few weeks due to the mindless boredom of working out on my own. And third is the results...dropping 25 lbs in 12 weeks is a pretty strong incentive. 9Round is the best decision I’ve made for my health and fitness in a long, long time.
