Jeff "Tornado" Sanders9Round Owner and Trainer. I love sharing with others the feeling of being physically fit. It makes you feel like a lion, or a tiger! You get filled with a powerful and confident feeling of yourself that emanates from you and infects the people around you. Getting there can be uncomfortable, but at 9Round, we make the process fun and exciting! I look forward to training with you and bringing out YOUR beast!
Ingrid "Hurricane" Ioan-Sanders9Round Owner and Trainer. I always liked to be fit, to stay fit and in shape. I am wheelchair user, but I never used that as an excuse for anything in my life. Someone said, “If there is a will, there is a way”, and that is what we offer here at 9Round Beaverton. We are here to help you, encourage you, and support you to reach your fitness goals while having a lot of fun.
Stephanie "Fighter" Swaney9Round Trainer. I didn’t always love to exercise; in fact, I avoided it like the plague. However, at age 15, my fitness journey began with a pair of weights and a bicycle. I haven’t stopped moving since! I have done workout videos, yoga, and now 9Round. The process was not easy. There were a lot of “I can’t (s)” along the way. However, the more I’ve made exercise part of my life, the more I loved it. I loved that I was doing things that I believed I couldn’t do. I realized that I am stronger than I thought I was and 9Round definitely helps me keep those positive thoughts going. I became a trainer because I want to promote the mind body connection. It’s said, "Where the mind goes, the body will follow." I believe in this, and as your trainer, I want to help you change some of those “I can’t (s)” into “I can (s)!” One round at a time!
Jessica "Firecracker " Nguyen9Round Trainer. I have been active most of my life playing volleyball but found exercising regularly more difficult in life after college athletics. I fell in love with 9Round even before completing all 9 rounds in my first workout - the high energy and positive environment was super motivating and made me feel part of a team again. My goal is to empower you, push you physically and mentally to accomplish things you never thought you could do, and show you that fitness can be fun! We are stronger together!
Penny "Warrior" Stady9Round Trainer. I love to motivate and encourage people. Too often we fall short of what we are truly capable of and quit before we have reached our goals. Sometimes we just need a little nudge to keep going, to keep pressing in, and to get one step closer to the finish line. I believe there is a warrior in all of us. No matter your age, stature, or status, getting fit and staying there takes determination, commitment, and even a little shout out from the sidelines! I am excited for the opportunity to cheer you on in your fitness journey.
