- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Your real-time heart rate and color-coded heart rate zones continuously show you whether you’re getting the most from your workout. Your results summary is emailed to you after each workout.
Live heart rate tracking motivates you to put in the necessary effort because you have a specific target to shoot for.

Points Make it Simple
You accumulate pulse points for every minute you spend in each heart rate training zone. The harder you work, the more points you accumulate.
Guy and his staff will give you the workout you have been waiting for! It's amazing how many calories you can burn and how sweaty you can get in their 30 minute workout. The workout combines boxing with cardio and strength training exercises. They use a heart monitoring system that allows you to track your heart rate as you are working out and review your workout once it is done. Once you have tried your first free class, you will be hooked...(right and left) hooked!

Guy "Shazam" ShahamAs the owner and head trainer at 9Round Bloomfield Hills, my ultimate goal, each and every day, is to ensure that every member gets the best, most efficient and fun workout ever…every time! I’ve always been active throughout my life, and truly enjoy helping others obtain their goals. As a child, I trained Tae-Kwon Doe for approximately 6 years, and more recently, I’ve trained Krav Maga (Isreali Self Defense) for the past 3 years. I enjoy living an active life and spending time with my beautiful wife Jenny and 3 amazing children (Evan, Jonah and Lily). I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan, worked in the Defense Industry for 6 years, manage/managed a few different businesses…and I have to say that owning a 9Round was the best decision I could make. I look forward to helping all our members achieve their fitness goals, every day!
Troy "Hercules" RobinsonFitness and health are a huge part of my life…I truly couldn’t survive without it! As a kid, sports were everything. Football was definitely my favorite sport early on, but I competed in every sport in high school that the system offered! Eventually, I took on a full ride scholarship for basketball at Keystone College in Pennsylvania. It was something new, but I was up for the change. I played there for two years and then transferred back to Michigan to play my favorite sport, football. I completed my last two years at Western Michigan as a Bronco on their football squad, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in general business.
