About Our Location

We are a 30 minute full body workout where you come in and we have the workout already planned for you. That's right, you don't have to worry about what you're going to do for your work out as the workout has been pre-designed to help you meet your fitness goals. And the workout changes every day so your body does not get used to doing the same exercise over and over.

​9Round fitness is a circuit training so you are never late. Members come in to the club, put on their hand wraps and jump in when the buzzer rings for the next round. Our trainers are there to get you into the circuit, motivate you, explain the workout at each round, have fun, and most importantly, make sure you are safe as you move from round to round.

​Come in and meet our trainers: "Machinegun" Santy, "TWarrior" Taylor, and Luda"Chris". They're here to assist you with your needs and provide a rewarding workout. These three will motivate you thru the rounds, pumping you up to get the most out of the 30 minute workout, and making sure you're doing what you need to reach your fitness goals. Before you know it your 30 minute workout will be over.

    Taylor "TWarrior" Wofford
    I am a recent graduate from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. As a former college athlete, playing basketball for Bellevue College and Warner Pacific College, I have learned several life skills and qualities that I can now carry over and combine with my training from 9Round. I will never forget my first time I worked out at a 9Round, nearly 5 years ago, I fell in love immediately. I knew this was exactly the type of gym I saw myself being a part of. The upbeat, intense, interpersonal atmosphere that it brought was inspiring. As a trainer at 9Round, my main goal every day when someone walks in our doors is to push them to achieve their goals with a caring, fun, and positive attitude. I want members to feel their best mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is my goal to lead by example, so come in and join me on this journey! “I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it.”

    Santy "Machine Gun" Sanchez
    I am a junior in college at the University of Washington- Tacoma Campus. I am enrolled in the Criminal Justice program there and am working towards a Bachelor's degree in CJ with a minor in sociology. I have played sports all throughout my life and that has taught me what it means to be a true leader: to lead by example and to help motivate others to achieve their full potential as an athlete. 9Round has made me utilize not only my leadership skills, but also showing that I am someone who will invest all my efforts into anyone and everyone who comes through those doors and I dedicate my time and effort to ensure that everyone is getting an amazing workout, but most importantly becoming better spiritually, mentally, and physically. Those are 3 components that I believe are essential to living a wholesome and healthy life. My job as a trainer is to inspire others through my actions. I want every 9Rounder to know that I value each and every one of them and that I will do my best to ensure they learn proper technique, have fun, and get an awesome workout in, just in 30 mins!!!   • I can't say enough wonderful things about this amazing place and the STAFF and OWNERS. I hate exercise but this is fun and yet truly works your whole body. I have multiple sclerosis and this workout helps my balance and strength. Thank you Lori and Keith for bringing such a great way to get all we need to stay healthy and strong to our hill!
