  • The workout is very good for the time duration. You are constantly moving and making the most of the short time you are there. I love the fact you don't have to schedule an appointment or try to make a class time. I have experienced other training locations and often with life "things happen" which prevent you from making the workout time you scheduled. I don't want to be punished by having to pay a penalty for not making the workout that I already paid for. I have recommended many people to Justin Richardson at 9 Rounds and I will continue to do so.
