  • I love that you can walk in and walk out in 30 minutes. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always changing. You will not leave feeling any less than amazing and drenched in sweat. Totally beginner & advanced friendly. highly recommend if you're looking for a fun workout that's going to kick your butt.

  • Mike   Stokes
    Mike Stokes
    Mike is Operations Director and Trainer for 9Round Irvine, 9Round Anaheim, and 9Round Brea. Mike has many years experience in boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and as a certified personal trainer. He has competed as an amateur "Golden Gloves" boxer. Prior to moving to Orange County in 2017 he worked as a Trainer/Manager at 9Round clubs in Houston, TX. Mike previously worked in the field of disaster preparedness and response. Mike loves the 9Round workout and fun atmosphere in a busy 9Round club!!

    Ray Flores
    Ray is an experienced Personal Trainer for 9Round Brea. Ray has extensive knowledge on fitness, boxing, kickboxing and other sports. He was the 2011 Ringside National Champion in the lightweight division. As time went on he pursued playing basketball and football in which he made all league first team for both sports. In Football he broke a school record which includes longest passing touchdown of 90 yards. Ray has been in the Fitness industry now for 2 years, and looks forward to bringing his own unique training style, energy, and personality to 9Round.

    Kevin Doyle
    Kevin was born and raised in Orlando FL. He started studying Shito-Ryu Karate and Kickboxing at age 15. When he was 22 he joined the military, eventually becoming a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor. During his tenure he trained over 2,000 Marines in martial arts and fitness. After leaving active duty he settled in Southern California where he now studies Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has been a personal trainer for the last year and a half.

    Michael "Mayhem" Arebalo
    Michael Arebalo aspired to provide fitness training to others, and that is what brought him to 9Round. He is a 24-year-old college student, born and raised in Orange County. His interests are in competitive Spartan racing and healthy living. Through 2 combat tours in the US Marine corps he gained the ability to persevere through anything to obtain the mission goal. His mission here is to help you reach your goal in a healthy and fun manner, whether it be losing 20lbs or becoming the next Greatest Of All Time (GOAT)! With Michael’s motivated spirit and go get it attitude he is here for you.

    Hi there my name is Aaron Ojeda I'm one of the many killer trainers we have here at 9Round. I started boxing in grade school and have continued to this day to stay in shape. In my free time you will usually find me with some kind of board under my feet. It is my goal to make sure that every time you leave here that your feel like you pushed your self to the best of your abilities. I'm here to help you better yourself physically and hopefully mentally. I want the see you meet your goals as much you do. All that said let's strap up and hop in to the next round!

    Edgar Torrens is very excited to be here . He has and extreme passion for improving the quality of life and wellbeing through fitness for all members here at 9Round . Whatever your goal is . Whether your a hard working mother looking to lose weight or stay in shape , someone who wants to maintain and or condition , the athlete who wants to put on muscle or shred and anything in between . Edgar's here to help you succeed. In addition to having a certification with AAAI , Edgar is also CA certified and Nutrition certified . Edgar started martial arts training at the age of 7 and studied for 14 years . He has a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Wing Chun received by Grand Master Sun Duk Chui and Master Leou . Edgar also studied Mui Thai , Kickboxing , Karate throughout . Cant wait to see you all in the gym !

    Luke brings his extensive lifting and training experience to our members here at 9Round. Being an athlete for a majority of his life, he gives his coaches and the sports he played the credit for instilling the value of hard work and dedication in him at a young age. He is here to show members the same thing and help them members reach the best versions of themselves. He focuses on teaching proper technique well as good health habits you can use throughout your whole life. Luke says his favorite part about training with 9Round is being able to create relationships and see the transformation members go through while sticking to the training program to eventually reach their goals. He says “There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our members be proud of themselves and the hard work they put in to achieve their goals”.

    AJ Low is from the Bay Area, CA! She has experience being a 9Round trainer in the past! AJ loves talking about sports and has played sports from a young age. AJ is very energetic, positive, encouraging, personable, easy-going, adaptable and passionate about staying in shape. While being a busy college student studying kinesiology; she enjoys incorporating fitness into her everyday life. She loves conversations about how to improve one’s quality of life. Also, she is a certified personal trainer through NASM. AJ believes whatever one’s fitness level is, anyone can complete 9Round workouts to their own best capability. She would love to help you personally achieve your fitness goals and keep you accountable for coming back to the gym regularly.
