Lisa is the owner, head trainer, and manager of 9ROUND Brick. She has been kickboxing for over 15 years. Lisa has trained and worked at martial arts g...yms all over the United States, and has even traveled to Thailand to live, learn, and fight with the World Muay Thai Council on the island of Koh Samui. Her most notable accomplishments include holding the Georgia Golden Gloves title in 2008 and starring in the Oxygen network's 2007 reality TV show, Fight Girls. More

I like that there is no class times and I can just go in and get my guided workout done whenever I get there. I also like that my 11 year old daughter can workout with me.
