  • Honestly, what's not to like about 9Round? I love the trainers, and it's great to walk in and know that even if not by name, you're known and recognized by them. The no class times works with my schedule, and even though it's nerve wracking to walk into an empty gym, you know you'll never be alone for long. I've been going so frequently, that 30 minutes flies by, and sometimes I feel so good that I feel like I could go a few more rounds. I'm so glad I joined, I can feel myself getting stronger, and I'm already seeing results! I would recommend this to anyone!

  • The fact that there are no class times but you still get a personal experience with a trainer is quite frankly a genius-level breakthrough for someone with a schedule like me. The work outs are trying but not back breaking, the trainers are informative and encouraging, and it just feels good to punch a heavy bag before going off to work.

  • High intensity. Short. Over in 30 minutes. I can do it before work in the morning. I walk outta there knowing I worked out rather than putzing around a gym for an hour feeling like I didn't accomplish anything significant.

  • I love the entire concept of 9 rounds--it's quick, it's intense, and you leave feeling like a badass! Not only is AJ great overall, I've seen him welcome members and curious passerbyers like family each time. All of the trainers are bomb, and meet you where you are. Finally, this is a black-owned business in Crown Heights, and that to me may be the best part! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
