  • Workout begins when I get there, designed to help my body to burn calories and fat after I am done with the workout. 30 minutes of my time to help me feel stronger, better and accomplished. It's also very therapeutic to punch a bag if you are having a stressful day and you feel this workout. Always walk out sweaty, sore in the best way knowing I made an improvement in me.

  • Efficient work out. When I started in October I just wanted to try something new — I fell in love with this work out! I am stronger and my confidence is growing- I am down 11 pounds from January with this work out and proper nutrition. I am starting to see definition in my arms, waist shrinking and leaner all over. I keep returning for the work outs because the trainers are kind and yet tough. The workouts are always rotating so their is no boredom! By now they know me and my goals and what I can do and when I need a little push! I also love that I am never late! Love the no class time - I would work out at home before I ever would go to a traditional gym.

    Regan "The Machine" O'Brien
    Regan is coming to us straight from North Carolina! She has an extensive background in health/fitness from her training as a lifeguard. After attending the corporate training in Greenville, SC she fell in love with the 9Round lifestyle. She hopes to spread her motivation and enthusiasm to all her members at our very own 9Round Centerville!

    Dave "The Sandman" Tunnell
    Owner/Operator, Dave has a long background in fitness. He has a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from East Carolina University where he did research and personal training in an elderly population. He chose Dayton/Centerville because he believes that Centerville is the perfect home for 9Round, it is a place on the look out for a cutting edge way of getting fit. I love the 9Round training method and cannot wait to share it with you!

    Chris "Archangel" Shaffstall is from Cleveland and has a myriad of skills that include but are not limited to boxing training, coaching, teaching, etc.! He has trained with local fighters, while also coaching youth sports. He is a great motivator and will push you while making sure you get the best 30 minute workout possible.

    Introducing Jordan "BESERKER" Quinn. Straight out of Oakwood, he is a local with a desire to help our members reach their fitness goals! A former marine, he served 4 years as a combat engineer. He has trained in Muay Thai "the art of eight limbs" and has a brown belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. Master of explosives and explosive workouts! Come train with Jordan today.

    Justin "Thor" Havens is from Bellbrook and is currently attending the University of Cincinnati. At UC he plays Rugby and is an officer for their team. His intensity from the field shows in his workouts. All around talented and friendly, come see Justin in action!

    Bringing a whole new aspect to the team, we have Ashley "Tani" Alexander Morris! She is well equipped in the 9Round way as she has been an enthusiastic, hard-working member since we opened. Her life mission is to get people to believe in themselves as she follows a motto of "You don't have to be the best, but you have to try your best." A carrier of many titles, Ashley is a super mom, a gymnastics teacher, a belly dancer, and a gold medal Irish dancer! She will be carrying the team doing the early morning hours, so grab your coffee and treat yourself to a workout with Ashley!
