Regan is coming to us straight from North Carolina! She has an extensive background in health/fitness from her training as a lifeguard. After attendin...g the corporate training in Greenville, SC she fell in love with the 9Round lifestyle. Owner/Operator, Dave has a long background in fitness. He has a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from East Carolina University where he d...id research and personal training in an elderly population. He chose Dayton/Centerville because he believes that Centerville is the perfect home for 9Round, it is a place on the look out for a cutting edge way of getting fit. Workout begins when I get there, designed to help my body to burn calories and fat after I am done with the workout. 30 minutes of my time to help me feel stronger, better and accomplished. Efficient work out. When I started in October I just wanted to try something new — I fell in love with this work out! I am stronger and my confidence is growing- I am down 11 pounds from January wit... h this work out and proper nutrition. I am starting to see definition in my arms, waist shrinking and leaner all over. I keep returning for the work outs because the trainers are kind and yet tough. The workouts are always rotating so their is no boredom! By now they know me and my goals and what I can do and when I need a little push! I also love that I am never late!
