  • The workouts are so much fun. They are always different which prevents exercise from getting boring. The trainers are also awesome. They are great at instructing, but also at motivating and encouraging us. They push you hard and I leave every session soaked in sweat.

  • I enjoy 9Round because it is a quick workout, but you can accomplish a lot in 30 minutes! Even on days that I am not really feeling like working out, it's hard to talk myself out of going for 30 minutes. I have been a member for 5+ years and I still love it! Can't beat the attentiveness and friendliness of the trainers, either!

Plus the fact it is only 30 minutes and you burn so many calories is awesome! Lastly, the trainers are great! They make it personal by knowing your name and things about you, and they push you to do your best. I like how each trainer has their own style.

  • You get a full body workout every time as well as getting to punch and kick the bags after sitting behind a desk all day! Also, it is geared around strengthening your core which is especially important for those of us with bad lower backs! Most importantly however is the people! Laura and Scott are truly wonderful people that care about and emphasis the importance of fitness and taking care of your body. The trainers are great and truly assist in helping you get the most out of your workout!!!

I don't have to have it, but knowing that the trainers are ready and able to assist, recommend an alternative, or explain a station to me is super helpful and gives me other exercises to do that WORK for me. No matter which trainer is in the gym that t day, they all take the time to welcome you, work with you, and encourage you to give your all in the gym.   • I get a super intense workout in about 1/2 the time. There are very few excuses as to why you cannot find a half hour in your day to get a great workout in! As a result, I find myself working out a lot more than I was able to in the past with other gyms.

The instructor's all have they own way of pushing you to get the most out of each workout. There are no class times so you get place at a round as soon as you are ready to start.
