"Lock n Load"
Lisa "Lock n Load" Witherow is one of the owners of 9Round Chattanooga Downtown/Signal Mountain Road and a 9Round certified trainer. She holds a Bache...lors degree in Organizational Management and an Associates degree in Radiologic Science. She has worked in healthcare for 25 years and helping people get healthy is her passion. She is also a 2 time champion in "knocking out" Breast Cancer. Eating healthy and exercising are 2 of the most important things her doctors told her that would keep her fighting strong. When she found 9Round and worked out for the first time, she was immediately hooked! The 30 minute workout, heart rate technology training, and the nutrition portal met all of her needs AND fit easily into her busy schedule of being a working mom. In just 30 minutes she was burning more calories than she did at the other gyms in 2hours. The trainers at 9Round motivate you and the workouts are specifically designed to work your entire body and burn calories faster and efficiently. The workouts change daily, so no getting bored at 9Round! Jabs, crosses, front kicks, round kicks, and side kicks feel empowering round after round.
