  • Lisa <span class="nick-name">"&quot;Lock n Load&quot;"</span> Witherow
    Lisa ""Lock n Load"" Witherow
    Lisa "Lock n Load" Witherow is one of the owners of 9Round Chattanooga Downtown/Signal Mountain Road and a 9Round certified trainer. She holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management and an Associates degree in Radiologic Science. She has worked in healthcare for 25 years and helping people get healthy is her passion. She is also a 2 time champion in "knocking out" Breast Cancer. Eating healthy and exercising are 2 of the most important things her doctors told her that would keep her fighting strong. When she found 9Round and worked out for the first time, she was immediately hooked! The 30 minute workout, heart rate technology training, and the nutrition portal met all of her needs AND fit easily into her busy schedule of being a working mom. In just 30 minutes she was burning more calories than she did at the other gyms in 2hours. The trainers at 9Round motivate you and the workouts are specifically designed to work your entire body and burn calories faster and efficiently.     Ally is a student at UTC studying exercise science. She intends to further her education after graduation, but is still deciding what she will do. She is originally from Jackson,TN where she was first introduced to 9Round and loved it immediately! She was a trainer there for a year and a half before moving to Chattanooga for college. While working at 9Round in Jackson.she learned skills and formed many relationships and hopes to do the same here.

    Frunsez "Fazo" Kendrick- I graduated from Ooltewah High School where I wrestled and played football. i love fitness and am currently at UTC working toward a double major in Human Health Performance and Mechanical Engineering. Working at 9Round gives me the freedom the train and help people better themselves mind, body, and spirit. Being able to meet so many new people and grow to know them makes working at 9Round just seem like one big family!

    Eli is a student at Ridgeland High School and starting middle linebacker on the varsity football team. He enjoys any activities outdoors and loves a great workout. When first trying out 9Round, he went as fast and hard as he could and said it was as challenging as his football practice. He loves being a trainer at 9Round and helping clients reach their goals. It also helps him improve his own conditioning for his favorite sport,FOOTBALL!

    Kristin "Bam Bam" Bailey... I have a wonderful 2 year old little girl. I enjoy exercise and helping others reach their goals. I was in the medical field for 8 years as a CNA/Phlebotomist and decided to take an adventure into fitness/health and obtained my Personal Trainer Certificate as well as finding my passion. Shortly after, I found myself at 9Round and Love everything about it-Amazing energy, up-beat trainers, and a sense of loving family who enjoy making a difference in people's lives. This is my journey now and can't wait to help our clients reach their goals. "where there is pain, there is gain"
