9Round Chattanooga / Signal Mountain Road is located in the Wal Mart shopping center next to the Verizon Store and Fast Access Health Care. We offer a full body kickboxing circuit training workout that changes every day. We use heart rate training technology, along with a doctor moderated nutrition program. There are NO CLASS TIMES, it is fast, fun, and you have a trainer with you to motivate you along the way.

- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.

Dwight "Firebug" WitherowDwight "FIREBUG" Witherow is a 9Round Certified Trainer of 9Round Chattanooga Downtown/Signal Mountain Road. He is a native of Ooltewah, TN. He has always loved helping people. He was a Volunteer and Career Firefighter for 12 years. He has been involved in sports and physical training for a number of years. Dwight was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2015 that resulted in a fractured vertebrae in is back. This kept him from getting to the gym for quite some time and led to packing on the pounds. When he was able to return to physical activity, he discovered 9Round through a friend and was quickly addicted. Since working out at 9Round he has lost 60 pounds thus far and was able to be taken off from his blood pressure medication. We are here to help YOU meet YOUR goals too, so come check us out. You too will be addicted!
Lisa ""Lock n Load"" WitherowLisa "Lock n Load" Witherow is one of the owners of 9Round Chattanooga Downtown/Signal Mountain Road and a 9Round certified trainer. She holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management and an Associates degree in Radiologic Science. She has worked in healthcare for 25 years and helping people get healthy is her passion. She is also a 2 time champion in "knocking out" Breast Cancer. Eating healthy and exercising are 2 of the most important things her doctors told her that would keep her fighting strong. When she found 9Round and worked out for the first time, she was immediately hooked! The 30 minute workout, heart rate technology training, and the nutrition portal met all of her needs AND fit easily into her busy schedule of being a working mom. In just 30 minutes she was burning more calories than she did at the other gyms in 2hours. The trainers at 9Round motivate you and the workouts are specifically designed to work your entire body and burn calories faster and efficiently. Deidre "DieHard" ChappelearDeidre is the mother of 2 wonderful sons, Dillon and Chandler. She loves Health and Fitness as well as High Intensity Interval Training. When she found 9Round, it was exactly what she had been looking for and she immediately became a member. She soon found herself going 18Rounds! She later became a trainer because she wants to help others reach any fitness goals that they want to achieve. When not at 9Round, you can find Deidre hiking, rafting, or Spartan training.
Ally "Thor" CollinsAlly is a student at UTC studying exercise science. She intends to further her education after graduation, but is still deciding what she will do. She is originally from Jackson,TN where she was first introduced to 9Round and loved it immediately! She was a trainer there for a year and a half before moving to Chattanooga for college. While working at 9Round in Jackson.she learned skills and formed many relationships and hopes to do the same here.
Eli "Super Fly" FoshayEli is a student at Ridgeland High School and starting middle linebacker on the varsity football team. He enjoys any activities outdoors and loves a great workout. When first trying out 9Round, he went as fast and hard as he could and said it was as challenging as his football practice. He loves being a trainer at 9Round and helping clients reach their goals. Holly ""The Hammer"" MillerHolly Miller graduated from UTC with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. She currently works full time as the Volunteer Coordinator at Avalon Hospice and a 9Round Certified Trainer filling in as needed! Holly has always enjoyed exercising but wanted to find something new and different so she decided to try 9Round!
