  • Top 3: 1. Time- Its always been a struggle for me to workout because of my schedule. I’m never late to 9 round, no need to schedule classes and it’s a true total body workout in 30 minutes. 2. The workout itself- never gets boring, the staff is super motivating (kudos to Joanna) and the space is awesome. It makes fitness addicting. 3. Results- paired with a good diet I’m down 15 lbs and two sizes in the last 6 months. Thanks for bringing 9 round to Wicker Park Ari! It’s completely changed my fitness goals & overall health.

  • I love the trainers, the circuit format, the 30 min intense workout. I know when I show up they know my name and will push me and encourage me the whole time. I've never been a big fan of gyms, but I feel look forward to coming every time! It feels more like a family than a meat factory and nobody judges you for where you are at. I love this place!

  • I love everything about 9Round! The nine, 3-minute stations help me push myself...3 minutes at a time makes it feasible. I always feel great coming out (and sore the next day in muscles I forgot I had). Great staff, convenient walk-in hours, affordable, and fun! I've been trying to make working out a part of my routine for many a year now, and 9Round has hit the spot- I actually look forward to working out! :-O Definitely recommend!

    Ariane "Queen Bee" Rosenblatt
    Our Kick-Butt Kickboxing trainer and owner Ari. Fitness and a healthy life style have always been a part of Ari's life. After years of being a 9Round member and being thrilled with the physical results that could be achieved by the 30 minute work out, she decided to leave the corporate world and open her own 9Round Fitness Club. She became a Certified 9Round Trainer and is so excited to share her experience with others and help them to attain their fitness goals.

    Johanna "Blonde Bomb" Vetter
    Johanna has a passion for fitness and exercise and loves helping others achieve their goals. She has been in competitive aquatics swimming and coaching for 15+ years and is excited to bring her expertise on land! Her favorite rounds are 5 and 8, and she loves round kicks the most! Her enthusiasm and energy makes our team fun and will do the same to your workout!

    As a former gymnast and track athlete, Leanna has been involved in sports and athletics for most of her life. A fan of anything fitness, she enjoys running, yoga, dance, cycling..you name it! She discovered the 9Round workout after college and has been hooked ever since. She loves sharing her passion for health and fitness with others as a 9Round Trainer, and challenging others to go above and beyond their goals.

    Ricky "Rick-Da-Ruler" Miller
    Former college football standout, Rick-Da-Ruler, brings a fire and passion like no other to every workout. Instilling confidence and challenging others to surpass fitness goals are only two of the many attributes he brings to the 9Round team. An ACE Certified Primary Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Rickey pulls the best out of every person that walks through the gym doors and will ensure you leave with more pep in your step than you came in with.

    Sam "Sam The Man" Alicea-Reyes
    Originally from Puerto Rico, Sam grew up a fan of the sport of boxing. His own fitness journey to lose weight and get fit brought him into the world of boxing/kickboxing fitness where he lost 45 lbs and eventually trained to compete (and win) in a sanctioned boxing match. Now that he's a trainer, he continues to be a student of the sport, learning new techniques and strategies that he brings into the gym to help everyone who comes through our door.
