  • Never boring! No mindless repetitions and the workout changes every time you go. High intensity and only 30 minutes, so it fits easily into my schedule and I can't make the excuse that I don't have time. Full body workout each time. For me personally, functional strength is more appealing than working one muscle at a time with endless repetitions and trying to figure out the right sequence of muscles to work out, then waiting for someone to finish using the equipment you need next, etc. The trainers are patient and supportive no matter your skill level.

  • When I say I never worked out before 9Round, I mean I NEVER worked out. 9Round has been the only place I felt great about committing to a membership. All the trainers are amazing and make you feel so welcomed every time you walk in the door. They push you to do your best for the full 30mins - it really feels like they’re your own personal trainer! The fact that I can burn so many calories in a 30 minute class is amazing, and my body never gets bored or adjusts because the workouts are different every day. I also love how there are no class times. The flexibility to come whenever is convenient for me is a game changer and makes it hard to have an excuse to miss a work out :)

  • All of the trainers are very welcoming and approachable. They remember everyone’s name (which is not easy to do) and are encouraging as we are all at different skill and athletic levels. The class is a great workout, especially if you put a lot of effort into it. I have never done a workout class of any sort before and I’m glad I joined this.

    Johanna has a passion for fitness and exercise and loves helping others achieve their goals. She has been in competitive aquatics swimming and coaching for 15+ years and is excited to bring her expertise on land! Her enthusiasm and energy makes our team fun and will do the same to your workout!

    Former college football standout, Rick-Da-Ruler, brings a fire and passion like no other to every workout. An ACE Certified Primary Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Rickey pulls the best out of every person that walks through the gym doors and will ensure you leave with more pep in your step than you came in with.

    As a former gymnast and track athlete, Leanna has been involved in sports and athletics for most of her life. She discovered the 9Round workout after college and has been hooked ever since.     Our Kick-Butt Kickboxing trainer and owner Ari. Fitness and a healthy life style have always been a part of Ari's life. After years of being a 9Round member and being thrilled with the physical results that could be achieved by the 30 minute work out, she decided to leave the corporate world and open her own 9Round Fitness Club. She became a Certified 9Round Trainer and is so excited to share her experience with others and help them to attain their fitness goals.

    Courtney first started her kickboxing journey in LA just by deciding "Hey I want to kickbox" ever since then she has been hooked! (no pun intended). She loves to learn new techniques and the roundhouse kick is her favorite! KAPOW! The best part of her day is helping others discover their power and strength through kickboxing.

    Xavier has been an amateur boxer for 6 years. He is an active personal trainer, a boxing coach and was MVP of his high school football team. He has a very strong passion for fitness and the sport of Boxing. He is determined to always fill the room with high energy and deliver kick-butt workouts!
