Our Kick-Butt Kickboxing trainer and owner Ari. Fitness and a healthy life style have always been a part of Ari's life. After years of being a 9Roun...d member and being thrilled with the physical results that could be achieved by the 30 minute work out, she decided to leave the corporate world and open her own 9Round Fitness Club. She became a Certified 9Round Trainer and is so excited to share her experience with others and help them to attain their fitness goals. More

It could not be more convenient. No class times, so I don't have to worry if I need to stay late at work and show up to work out when it's convenient for me. I LOVE 9Round. When I'm by myself at the gym, it's hard to motivate myself to give it 100% all of the time. Even when I do a workout class, it feels like I'm observing more than participating at times... . At 9Round, having such a small class with individual trainers checking on you at every workout station, it motivates you to keep going. I also like that it's not the same routine every time you go. It keeps it interesting and fun. Also, knowing that you're only there for half an hour really motivates you to give it your all.
