  • I LOVE 9Round. When I'm by myself at the gym, it's hard to motivate myself to give it 100% all of the time. Even when I do a workout class, it feels like I'm observing more than participating at times. At 9Round, having such a small class with individual trainers checking on you at every workout station, it motivates you to keep going. I also like that it's not the same routine every time you go. It keeps it interesting and fun. Also, knowing that you're only there for half an hour really motivates you to give it your all. Yes it is super exhausting, but once you've completed all 9 rounds, you really do feel like a champion.
