9Round Blue Ash is an innovative kickboxing fitness class. We offer our members a 30-minute kickboxing workout routine with no class times to easily fit into anyone's hectic schedule. A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each workout is "Full Body" and workouts change daily so there is no chance of boredom. When you walk into the gym you will be greeted by one of our certified 9Round trainers to give you the most effective and intense workout possible that is proven to give you the results you want fast. We also offer you 9Round Nutrition which gives you 6 levels of support; BMR, Nutrition Forum, Daily Customized Meal Matrix, Weekly Emails, Quarterly Webinars and an Online Seminar with Dr. Rick Kattouf.  The 30 minute workout is designed with high intensity movements to incorporate every muscle in the body through a nine station circuit.  Your first workout is always FREE!  9Round is dedicated to provinding a unique, fun, and proven workout thta guarantees results!

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

    I started in fitness because I myself was embarking on a weight loss journey that started in August of 2015. After college, I was 270 pounds at 5 foot 11 inches and ate horribly. Over the next year, I dieted and worked out and decided to seek a career in fitness because I loved it! I decide to compete in bodybuilding rounding the end of 2015 so I saw a nutritionist and became much stricter on my dieting habits. I stepped on stage for my first coemption in June of 2016 and placed 3rd in the NANBF nationals and had lost a little under 100 pounds through the whole ordeal. Later I decided 9round was a good fit because many who come through our doors are seeking weight loss as I once was so I enjoy helping those who truly want progress along with their journey.
