To be perfectly honest I like everything about 9Round. I can go to 9Round at anytime they are open and get the best workout in 30 minutes I have ever had. I never have to wait and the trainers are a... wesome. They are professional, pleasant, and work with you to do your best at your own fitness level. You never are asked to anything you are not capable of doing. No signing up for classes, Yeah. Over my 80 years of life I have gone to many different exercise classes, and belonged to a variety of gyms. It’s the best workout I have ever had. I have belonged to many gyms and have gone to many exercise classes in my 80 years of Life When I go to 9ROUND I have a trainer who adapts my workout to my abi... lities and is with me for the entire 30 minutes of my workout. I really like the compact, but rigorous workout that it is different everyday. I also love the guidance that is available to not only motivate me to keep working hard, but the regular feedback and ins... truction to ensure I am working properly. I recently had a situation where I misread the hours, yet they still allowed me to stay a bit after closing to get a partial and vigorous workout.
