Work out is always different! I leave feeling like I’ve actually accomplished something, versus when i spend hours other places and leave barely breaking a sweat. I get an all over workout without hav... ing to think about what to do to get it! I consider 9-round to be the best bang for my buck - I always come out of there feeling like I really pushed it and got a great workout. I enjoy that it only takes a half hour and that there are no cl... ass times. It’s so easy to fit into my schedule whenever I need it. All the trainers are friendly and helpful. They give good tips and will offer suggestions to intensify the workout if you need it. They keep the gym clean, which is important in a place where everyone is sharing equipment and space.
