John is the owner/operator/trainer of 9Round Afton Village. Growing up in Ireland, John began playing organized sports at the age of 9, including Gae...lic Football, Soccer and Hurling (Old Irish game). John has years of experience leading group bootcamp workouts and loves to do Spartan Runs and Mud Runs. He has also found a new interest in Rucking. John has a true passion for fitness and health and encouraging well-being in others. Most of all, John loves to work out with people, in community, and is looking forward to sharing his passion for fitness with Afton Village! More

Tracy is the owner and original inspiration of 9Round Afton Village. When Tracy discovered 9Round, she found the most effective and efficient workout ...ever - she could show up to work out on her schedule and achieve incredible results in a 30 minute a day workout. Tracy loved 9Round so much that she wanted to share it with others and so that is how the idea for 9Round Afton Village came into existence. Tracy has a passion to bring fitness and healthy nutrition to 9Round Afton Village members. More

Kobe Keosykhao

Kobe Keosykhao is a dedicated trainer who is currently finishing up his ACE certification in personal training. He was a 3 sport athlete at Newton-Con...over High School participating in football, wrestling, and track. Playing outside linebacker and gained multiple offers to play at the college level but decided to attend CPCC and plans to transfer to UNCC. He ran the 100, 200, 400, and 4x100 meter dash in Track. Kobe is currently pursuing his degree in exercise science and plans on graduating at UNCC. More
