Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

I am almost done with my 2nd month and looking forward to the next measure and weigh in. I can truly say that this is the most helpful training I have ever had. It's also the best workout I ever had. I was so bored on the elliptical machine and was getting nowhere wasting 45 minutes each time. After the first week at 9 Round, I cancelled my U Fit membership. The only thing I would suggest is that you look into allowing members to go work out at your other locations. I am rarely in Broward County on the weekends and it would be very convenient to be able to go to the Boynton 9 Round at least one day on the weekends. Thank you to everyone at 9 Round Broward County for all you do each day to help me!
