There Is No Need To Be Afraid If You Do Not Have Any Kickboxing Experience.  Our Trainers Can Walk You Through Each Move And Adjust Your Workout To Your Fitness Level. At 9Round There Are No Class Times! Our Workouts Are Done In A Circuit Training Format. There Are Nine Challenging Stations, And Each Station Lasts For Three Minutes. Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

    Rick's system and way of training is based on the belief that the members needs are of the utmost importance. Rick is committed to meeting those needs. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, both mentally and physically then let him help unleash the real you. Rick has over 23 years of health and fitness experience and has had the pleasure of serving with and training some of our countries finest men and women. Rick served as a Navy Corpsman and combat field medic for 13 years. After his military experience Rick continued on with his passion for fitness and helping others by training and managing several gyms in our communities where he implemented numerous .Fast Fit and H.I.I.T style workouts. Rick has been voted 9Round Trainer of the year for the past 3 years and his goal has been to take his experience and knowledge and become the owner/operator of his own 9Round franchise.

    McKenna was born and raised in Southern California and grew up competing in sports her entire life. Her dedication as an athlete led her to excel at a collegiate level. Her back ground in sports and coaching allows her to bring an intense and motivating workout to the floor. With her passion for fitness and helping others she pursued on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and one of 9Round's most Talented Certified Kickboxing Instructors. She is headstrong, energetic and determined not only in her own personal goals but in our members goals as well.

    Gabe "Koa" Perez
    Gabe Perez’s passion for health and fitness started at a young age. He began with training in martial arts starting with the fundamentals of boxing; he then studied “Kobayashi Shorin Ryu” and “Okinawan Kobudo” style of karate and has obtained his black belt. He also wanted to challenge himself through a different discipline and turned to wrestling, finishing his high school career with having four years of wrestling experience. He even branched out to the medical field while in high school by getting certified as a Medical Assistant; helping him understand and identify the anatomy of the human body. As a Certified Personal Trainer and MMA Conditioning Coach he is currently majoring in Physical Therapy; obtaining the comprehension of Kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements). His goal is to motivate others and to help others find and continue living their healthy lifestyle through exercise, healthy eating, and hard work.
