I am only 1.5 months in and am already loosing pounds and inches, while increasing muscle and endurance. My day is not complete without a 9round workout!
After belonging to every gym around town, this is the only gym I've stuck with. I look forward to my 9Round workout everyday and the best part is its only 30 minutes!

As a trainer, April uses her 15 years of experience in dance and fitness to assist each member in perfecting form.
