    Hunter "Warrrior" Spangler
    Hunter “Warrior” Spangler is a trainer from Richmond, VA. He discovered 9Round in college at Clemson University and quickly became addicted to it, becoming a member in 2012. After graduating in 2014 he returned to Richmond where he became a 9Round trainer before moving to California. Having recently moved to Los Angeles, he was hired here at 9Round Culver City, bringing his knowledge and expertise to our members. He was promoted to lead trainer and has quickly become a favorite trainer among the members.

    Deanna "The Duke " Passarella
    Deanna "The Duke" Passarella is a fitness trainer with a background in functional movement and athletics. She began studying fitness, specifically strength and circuit training, in 2007. She has a passion for martial arts and was introduced to basic boxing techniques as a very young child by her father. Throughout the years, she has continued to incorporate boxing movements into her personal training routines along with functional mobility and flexibility. She as a holistic approach to fitness and loves helping people achieve balanced alignment within their bodies in order to prevent injury and achieve maximum strength and endurance.

    Steve "Action " Bradley
    Steve "Action" Bradley began to transform his mind and body with a focus on combining heavy lifting, boxing and flexibility in 2010. Steve began his boxing training in Vancouver, BC at Sugar Ray’s Boxing gym in 2011, and still continues his training at local gyms in LA. “I’m not a big guy but learning how to move in a boxing ring and using your body to connect crippling blows feels like heaven to me." Steve walked into 9Round Culver City for his free first time workout, immediately became a member and 2 weeks later was working here helping clients get the most out of their 30 minutes. Steve recently was promoted to Lead Trainer and has been a great addition to the 9Round Culver City Team. “I love helping clients reach goals that they never imagined reaching, it’s the best part of being a trainer. If you leave 9Round Culver City not having learned a new skill then I haven’t done my job right”

  • I am a mother of two with very little time to do much else then being a mother. This place makes it possible for me to get a kick ass work out in as little as 30 minutes everyday! The trainers are positive and energetic. I highly recommend this to all people. Advance or beginners can get what they need from here :)
