    Hunter "Warrrior" Spangler
    Hunter “Warrior” Spangler is a trainer from Richmond, VA. He discovered 9Round in college at Clemson University and quickly became addicted to it, becoming a member in 2012. After graduating in 2014 he returned to Richmond where he became a 9Round trainer before moving to California. Having recently moved to Los Angeles, he’s excited to continue training clients in the 9Round system and help them achieve their fitness goals!

    Teresa "Macha" Ruiz
    Teresa "Macha" Ruiz is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. Her fitness background includes of strength training and plyometric. She found an interest in nutrition at the age of sixteen because she wanted to lose weight. She grew up being an overweight child and got tired of having low self-esteem as a teenager. She learned how to strength train in 2015. Teresa enjoys the 9Round 30 minute workouts because she loves the full body exercise that it provides. She loves working at 9Round and has a passion for helping people.

    Deanna "The Duke " Passarella
    Deanna "The Duke" Passarella is a fitness trainer with a background in functional movement and athletics. She began studying fitness, specifically strength and circuit training, in 2007. She has a passion for martial arts and was introduced to basic boxing techniques as a very young child by her father. Throughout the years, she has continued to incorporate boxing movements into her personal training routines along with functional mobility and flexibility. She as a holistic approach to fitness and loves helping people achieve balanced alignment within their bodies in order to prevent injury and achieve maximum strength and endurance.
