About the team
Hemal "Hammer" Patel started his professional career off as an accountant. He has an incredible work ethic and he desired an opportunity to become hea...lthier and give back to the community. After owning and operating multiple successful businesses he turned his attention to the health and wellness industry. After one visit to a 9Round gym, he was thrilled and completely sold. He himself lost 22lbs after joining 9Round and becoming a member. He always says, "If I can do it, YOU can do it!" In college "Hammer" played soccer and was the captain of his team. Coupled with his strong desire to give back to the community and create jobs, he has opened his three 9Round locations right in DFW (Mockingbird, Preston Hollow, Fort Worth TCU) and looking to open in Uptown in the near future. Jesse is a mixed martial artist with over 20 years of martial arts, weight training, and fitness training. He has training in Muay Thia, Taekwondo, Je...et Kun Do, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Kali/Eskrima, boxing, and American Kickboxing. He has a passion for martial arts and fitness and believes there is no other way to show that passion other than by teaching and training others. He has been a trainer at 9Round 30 Minute Kickbox Fitness for over 6 years and currently managing three 9Round locations right in DFW (Mockingbird, Preston Hollow, Fort Worth TCU) and working on the Uptown location in the near future. A graduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelors in sports management. She is a freelance sports broadcaster and a 9Round trainer. Fitness has al...ways been one of her passions as she played sports her whole life but most importantly loves how vital working out and committing yourself to something has made a difference in her life mentally and physically. Jesus has his associate of science from Richland College. An amateur boxer from 2009 to 2015 and got his golden glove and 2nd place in the 141 lb divi...sion in 2012. His favourite round is freestyle, he enjoys hanging out with his family and friends. His passion is in boxing, MMA, soccer, music and history. Recently married who loves to help members develop and increase their stamina level. More

Adam Johnson a.k.a "Boost" was a golden globe boxer by the age of 12. The next 10 plus years he has dedicated his time perfecting technique in all asp...ects of martial arts and full-body fitness. The "Boost" has high energy and a very intense work ethic, when he is in the building it seems to give everyone that extra incentive to reach their fitness goals faster. More

Before 9Round I HATED going to the gym for the simple fact of not knowing how & what to work out properly. I suffer from severe anxiety, since working out here I’ve seen my anxiety dramatically decrea... se to the point where my doctor had to lower my dosage! Love everything they have to offer! I have found 9round to be the best workout class for a busy lifestyle. I am a PA student and I am constantly running around and trying to make the most of the time I have. Having no class times makes ... it so easy to get a workout in if I have a random gap between classes or if class ends early/runs late.
