The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. I like that the structure stays consistent - you know you are getting a 30 minute workout while rotating between 9 stations, but each station is differe... nt every single time so there's an impressive amount of variety; sometimes it's my abs that are burning after, some days it's my arms that feel like jello, some days it's my quads that are sore for the next couple of days... I try to work out twice a week.The personal trainers and Stacy are amazing and give you alot of one on one training time.They really encourage you in your work out.When the gym opened I was 205 lbs, I... was huge.Today Ive list 34 lbs down to 171.Great big difference in weight and I can wear skinny jeans in a size 34!
