The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. I like that the structure stays consistent - you know you are getting a 30 minute workout while rotating between 9 stations, but each station is differe... nt every single time so there's an impressive amount of variety; sometimes it's my abs that are burning after, some days it's my arms that feel like jello, some days it's my quads that are sore for the next couple of days...
