In the boxing gym since a kid shadowing his father, started competing actively at the age of 12, competed professionally for 11 years after an injury during tournament. Born and raised right outside of Nashville, TN in a small town called Smyrna, I got my start at the young age of 3 in dance and then added competitive... cheerleading and tumbling to my list by the age of 10. I went on to compete in all three until I was 18. When I started college, I continued tumbling but switched my main focus to coaching/teaching gymnastics and competitive tumbling simply because I have a passion for helping people rise above and challenge themselves not only physically but mentally! My goal and purpose in training here at 9Round is to encourage everyone who walks through our doors to stay committed to their goals and not their comfort zones. Together we can walk out feeling stronger and more confident than when we first walked in. More
