I absolutely love this workout. In 30 minutes you work your entire body and feel awesome for it. The staff at 9Round East Amherst is terrific - very supportive, encouraging. energizing, and welcoming, and they make working out lots of fun. Don't be intimidated by the idea of kickboxing, here you work out at your own pace under the watchful eyes of the trainers who guide you through the individual routines and offer accommodations when/as necessary. Try it once and I guarantee you'll be hooked.
I am so excited to be working out at 9 Round. I started in April and I am completely addicted to 9Round. I have been working out my entire life. I have been going to 9round since April. I love love my workout. I look forward to going every day I can. I am not sure if it lost a lot of weight but I know I am getting stronger each day. I have had partial knee replacement surgery on both knees and they modify all stations as needed for me. I even workout with a fractured elbow, again with modifications. The trainers are super nice and I can't wait to go back tomorrow! I get the best 30 minute work out of my life, any gym I ever belonged to before got my $$$ but not me there. The best 30 minutes you will spend in your day. Each round is the longest 3 minutes but the shortest half hour ever. I love it and guarantee (I hope) that you will love it too. The owners and trainers are wonderful. Try it, it is fun and good for you at the same time!!!!

After managing East Amherst for the past year, Allie has gained the experience, attitude and knowledge to continue making 9Round East Amherst a staple part of Western New Yorkers lifestyle. As a former collegiate lacrosse player, Allie graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Tiffin University. She went on to coach and receive her Masters in Business Administration at Lake Erie College. Allie promotes strength, hard work & strives to make each member feel confident in the own skin.
