  • The trainers. it is not like any other gym. every workout is different. the different people you get to interact with. the fact that it is only 30 minutes. I have seen more results with this gym than any other gym I've had gone to in the past.

  • I really appreciate the way the trainers, especially Josh, modify the exercises for me. I have arthritis in both knees and they are great at giving me a great routine with little pain and swelling in my knees. The hours are great ! Love that the workout goes quickly, three minutes at a time. Just when you think you can't do the station anymore it is on to the next one.

  • I have been going to 9Round for two years and I have never been Stronger both physically and mentally. After I had my two children I found it difficult to buckle down to an exercise routine and to find the time to exercise. 9Round is on my way home from work and it is a 30 minute workout. Where else can I burn 400 calories in 30 minutes? The 9Round trainers are awesome and motivating. I can’t believe the transformation my body has made in the past 2 years! Thank you 9Round!

  • I really enjoy the unique workouts. Each day the workout is different and each round can be adjusted for each individual. I just came back to 9Round after a two week break due to illness. The trainers were sensitive to that and adjusted the exercises for me. I really appreciate that kind of attention and support!

    Veronica "Vicious V" Szpytek
    Veronica "Vicious V" Szpytek Joined the 9Round Eastpointe team Because she LOVES martial arts. Veronica is an active competitor in the martial arts world including Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing, and Jiujitsu. She decided a couple years ago that She wanted to be in a gym full time and never looked back. "best decision I ever made"! 9Round has changed her life. She has made it her goal to teach everyone how to train like a fighter without taking a punch! She loves motivating people to be better than yesterday. 2017 Trainer of the year!

    Josh “Snider-Man” Snider is a 9Round Fitness Certified Instructor and a US Army Veteran. He is completely dedicated to helping every one of clients reach their fitness goals. He will be there to challenge you, teach proper form, and to make sure you’re having fun! His goal is to give you an amazing workout AND make sure you are smiling while doing it!

    James is a US Coast Guard Veteran. He is a 9Round Fitness Certified instructor and also holds an ISSA Fitness Trainer credential. James is here to motivate you and teach you the proper form and techniques of kickboxing to maximize your workout to help you become stronger, to burn off that unwanted body fat and to help you build the YOU that you are striving for.

    Emily “Sweet Feet” Hill is a certified 9Round fitness trainer, as well as being a dance performer and dance instructor. Whether she is at the dance studio or at the gym, Emily strives to motivate others and aid them in achieving their goals. She is passionate about teaching proper form and technique, while ensuring everyone is continuing to be challenged throughout their workout. Her goal is to help 9Rounders live a happier and healthier life, one punch at a time!
