I went to 9round originally to try it out with a friend. After the first workout I thought it was good. My friend signed up for 6 months. I chose to continue with her on a drop in basis. Well my opinion went from good to awesome. I love the trainers and gym. After the first workout, the real work begins. 30 minutes and it kicks your butt! I have been working out for years and adding this into my workout routine has made all the difference. James, Brad and Veronica rock! They keep an eye on you and make sure you are working hard, but not overdoing it. With my knee ( that can give me issues) I have been able to do this workout. I was not sure if I could do all the squats and lunges (this usually aggravates my knee) The trainers have worked with me and I am able to do all the exercises. I want to thank all 3 of the trainers for helping me be the best me! You have to try it! Hopefully you will LOVE it as much as I do.
Best place to workout and learn self-defense in 30 minutes. The trainers push you to do your best.
