  • I really enjoy the unique workouts. Each day the workout is different and each round can be adjusted for each individual. I just came back to 9Round after a two week break due to illness.   • It's fun! The trainers are very friendly and keep you moving right through (even when you don't feel like it). They also watch you to make sure you are doing the moves correctly, so you don't hurt yourself. It's a great workout and you're in and out in about half an hour.

    James "Hiitman" Dick
    James is a US Coast Guard Veteran. He is a 9Round Fitness Certified instructor and also holds an ISSA Fitness Trainer credential. James is here to motivate you and teach you the proper form and techniques of kickboxing to maximize your workout to help you become stronger, to burn off that unwanted body fat and to help you build the YOU that you are striving for.

    Veronica "Vicious V" Szpytek
    Veronica "Vicious V" Szpytek Joined the 9Round Eastpointe team Because she LOVES martial arts. Veronica is an active competitor in the martial arts world including Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing, and Jiujitsu. She decided a couple years ago that She wanted to be in a gym full time and never looked back. "best decision I ever made"! 9Round has changed her life. She has made it her goal to teach everyone how to train like a fighter without taking a punch! She loves motivating people to be better than yesterday. 2017 Trainer of the year!

    Josh "Snider-Man" Snider
    Josh “Snider-Man” Snider is a 9Round Fitness Certified Instructor and a US Army Veteran. He is completely dedicated to helping every one of clients reach their fitness goals. He will be there to challenge you, teach proper form, and to make sure you’re having fun! His goal is to give you an amazing workout AND make sure you are smiling while doing it!

    Tyler "Bone Crusher" Blair
    Tyler “Bone Crusher” Blair joined the 9Round team because he has a desire to help people succeed in their daily fitness goals. “BE Stronger Than Your Excuse!”. He believes if he can push even one person a day to better their lifestyle, then it’s a job well done! Growing up, Tyler has always been active in sports such as football, wrestling, and running track. He graduated from Roseville High School in 2010 and has a background in Fugitive Recovery. Tyler realized that 9Round Fitness works best for him shortly after being involved in an auto accident that re-aggravated a preexisting knee injury. Tyler shortly start to find himself being less and less able to continue weight training and unfortunately found himself at a standstill in his fitness journey. 9Round Fitness is a perfect fit for Tyler because he strongly believes EVERYTHING can be modified to EVERYONES own personal fitness abilities! We hope to make your health goals become a reality in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment!
