  • With the randomness that comes with being a working mom, my favorite part is the no class times policy. I love being able to go whenever it fits into my schedule. I never have to make an appointment or get charged for missing an appointment for a class. I love that the trainers are so friendly and remember me. I'm not just a number! They adjust the workout for all of my issues and make it harder when I need it.

    Peggy "The Owner" Crofut
    Peggy has been having fun teaching fitness - including gymnastics, karate and swimming to children - since 1996 in various groups, businesses and capacities. She is excited to bring that fun approach to fitness for adults through 9Round's amazing training program. Peggy knows that anyone can get results with the right coaching and personalized instruction. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from North Carolina State University and is excited to use that degree as an owner of 9Round North Fort Worth. Peggy is a proud Navy Veteran and is always looking for ways to give back to the community. Please let her know if you have any ideas!

    Matthew is a Commander in the United States Navy Reserve and works full-time for BNSF Railways. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, biking, lifting, and grilling. Matthew is a 2001 graduate of Oklahoma State University. "Fitness has always been a part of my life but I know how hard it can be to make time for it with a busy schedule. That's why I love 9Round's 30 minute full-body kickboxing workout.     Michele started at 9Round as a member and was quickly calling us her "second home." After smashing multiple monthly challenges she heard that we would open at 5:30am if we could find a trainer. She became the 5:30am trainer just so that you have the opportunity to sweat before sunrise! Isn't that sweet?! Come on in and let her show you how she won all those challenges! ...Fast Forward 6 months....life changes. Now she's a Saturday trainer and we've got awesome other trainers in the early mornings! Michele was the first member to hit both 100 workouts and 200 workouts. Keep going Michele!

    Jen earned her 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do at 39 years old from the indomitable Master Maria Turnhout who is a 4th degree ITF, 5th degree MMA and Muay Thai KRU. Jen is a firm believer in progress, growth and change, training the brain as well as the body and loves kick boxing as a fun and challenging vehicle for achieving a healthy lifestyle.
