How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

9Round Certified Trainers
Peggy CrofutPeggy has been having fun teaching fitness - including gymnastics, karate and swimming to children - since 1996 in various groups, businesses and capacities. She is excited to bring that fun approach to fitness for adults through 9Round's amazing training program. Peggy knows that anyone can get results with the right coaching and personalized instruction. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from North Carolina State University and is excited to use that degree as an owner of 9Round North Fort Worth. Peggy is a proud Navy Veteran and is always looking for ways to give back to the community. Please let her know if you have any ideas!
Matthew "The Machine" CrofutMatthew is a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve and works full-time for BNSF Railways. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, biking, lifting, and grilling. Matthew is a 2001 graduate of Oklahoma State University. "Fitness has always been a part of my life but I know how hard it can be to make time for it with a busy schedule. That's why I love 9Round's 30 minute full-body kickboxing workout. Alex PAlex is a collegiate track athlete who comes home on college breaks just to make you sweat! As our seasonal trainer, Alex is an important part of the team. You can look forward to her workouts in the Summer and in December.
Michele "2HUNDRED" RMichele started at 9Round as a member and was quickly calling us her "second home." After smashing multiple monthly challenges she heard that we would open at 5:30am if we could find a trainer. She became the 5:30am trainer just so that you have the opportunity to sweat before sunrise! Isn't that sweet?! Come on in and let her show you how she won all those challenges! ...Fast Forward 6 months....life changes. Now she's a Saturday trainer and we've got awesome other trainers in the early mornings! Michele was the first member to hit both 100 workouts and 200 workouts. Keep going Michele!
