About the team
Teraisa is the owner/operator of 9Round Franklin. As a certified 9R trainer, she is passionate about fitness, community & FUN!! Teraisa is a former NC...AA tennis player, as well as a former USPTR Tennis Professional. She spent 14 successful years in the advertising industry before retiring to pursue her love of sports and fitness. Teraisa loves interacting with all of the members & ensures that they get a GREAT workout & leave 9R Franklin each and everyday with a smile! More

I love the fact you can go in whenever you can and just jump right in. The trainers are excellent with suggestions and keeping you focused. If you're unable to do an exercise, the trainers gear it t... owards you. Also, not all workouts are the same! Since I started when it opened, I have not done 1 exercise twice! I like that I can go whenever I want. The staff is always super nice and really helpful - especially for beginners like me. If I don't know/remember how to do a move, they show me. They answer all my ... questions about form and if I'm not doing something right, they guide me in a positive way. I have told all my friends about this place already and I encourage anyone who even CONSIDERS testing this place out to do it. I had been really nervous because I have an auto-immune disease which hinders my strength and joints a bit, but this is a workout I can do on MY terms and to MY abilities - so if I can do it, literally anyone can.
