I love the different workouts at each station, you never get bored and there is always a way to challenge yourself. Christina is amazing and answers all my questions and gives me guidance on doing things better or if I don't know a certain move. I love this place!

  • I love going to 9Round, I struggled for years to get a routine for the gym - the hardest part is showing up. Because 9Round doesn’t have class times, it cuts out the “I’m running late, I guess not today”. With the 9 stations, it’s usually to start when you get there and the trainer led padwork great. I definitely look forward to coming every week.
