The trainers are helpful and friendly, and will customize extra workouts if I want to focus on a particular muscle group once I'm done with all of the rounds. I love that there are three main trainers so you get to know them. They are all great! I also love that there are no class times so you can just walk in whenever and get started. You are done 30 minut... es later. In addition, I love the workouts! They are hard, diverse, and dynamic. I have enjoyed learning some of the fundamentals of kickboxing.
