Hey I’m Jonathan I am 23 and the owner/head trainer of 9Round-Harrison. I have always been heavily active in sports such as karate and soccer. Studyin...g and analyzing Martial arts is more than just a hobby for me. When I discovered 9Round about 9 months ago I fell in love with the whole idea of a killer workout in 30 Minutes! I am looking forward to helping out all of my members achieve all of their goals and go even beyond that! It is not a group activity so we can start our exercise anytime we enter the center. Trainers are very talented and friendly too. The convenience of being able to come to the studio at any time and just start working out is unbeatable. Couple that with a great team of trainers and it’s a recipe for success. 9rounds has been an awesome experience so far (I'm a few weeks in)! I love that I can go when I want and that its only 30 minutes! As someone that is usually pressed for time before work, I love how t... hey've streamlined the whole process and you can get a great work out in 30 minutes. I'm not someone that can just to a gym and do a work-out on my own, I need more structure and love classes! 9rounds has done a great job giving that class-type/structured feel with tons of flexibility (a new class basically starts every 3 minutes). The work-outs are versatile and engages different parts of the body at each round. Its great for various fitness levels, since you can scale up or down depending on how hard you want to work out. Going to a regular gym, I never really pushed myself. I would do the minimum. I find this style (9 Round Circuit) of a workout is for individuals that need an extra push, receive cardio, strength trai... ning and core workouts in one session. Also, each day is a New Workout!
