Our circuit training model features no class times, no contact, with a new 30 minute workout beginning every 3 minutes. Each workout is "full body" so you're in and out in just 30 minutes! Plus there's a 9Round certified fitness trainer (included) to motivate you and help you exceed your fitness goals. 9Round is a great way to get and stay in shape, with each workout burning 500 calories. How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Points Make it Simple
You accumulate pulse points for every minute you spend in each heart rate training zone. The harder you work, the more points you accumulate.
As my waistline can attest, I've never been a fan of cardio workouts (which I always thought was code for running/biking/swimming). When I heard about 9Round, I figured I'd give it a shot and I'm glad I did. It's so much more fun than running and the time flies by. 30 minutes flies by!

Walter "Warrior" AdamsWalter is owner/operator of the Highland Village location. He has been a lifelong athlete participating in multiple sports and has always enjoyed working out and staying in shape, but like many others, found doing cardio on the treadmill to be dreadful and boring. He tried a workout at 9Round and loved the fast-paced, full body workout! He found the 30-minute workout both fun and challenging! He is excited to bring this newest fitness sector to Highland Village and help others discover this energetic and fun workout concept!
Meagan "The Monster" AdamsMeagan is an owner/operator at the Highland Village location. Meagan has always had a passion for health and fitness and has a degree in health from the University of North Texas. She holds training certificates through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and 9Round Fitness. While going to school full-time and working full-time, she started looking for a workout that would fit her busy lifestyle. She gave 9Round a try and loved it! The 30 minute workout and no class times fit her hectic schedule perfectly, and she knew right away that she would love training and educating others in this fitness sector and help them take their fitness goals to the next level!
Delvin "Del" HolmesAs a former athlete, Delvin always enjoyed working out and living an active lifestyle. Being a person who has done mostly weight and speed training, a workout at 9Round has really introduced him to what he had been missing in his own workouts. He loves that it is fast-paced, an overall full body workout that is achieved in only 30 minutes. As a trainer, he prides himself in always keeping a smile on his face and staying positive to encourage our members that working out should always be fun and never dreadful.
Tricia "The Tsunami" BorchardtTricia is a trainer at the Highland Village location. Tricia has always had a drive for challenging herself in workouts and in helping others. She has spent the past 4 years training in boxing at North Texas Mixed Martial Arts and the past 2 years teaching kids boxing and kickboxing there. Once Tricia gave 9Round a try she was sold! Not only was it fast-paced,challenging and engaging, but it was also done in a motivating atmosphere AND in only 30 minutes! She knew that she would love to work here and help others in their fitness journeys.
Desiree "Puddles" CouturiauxDesiree has a passion for kicking and punching with proper form. She likes sharing her kickboxing training with 9Round members so they get maximum results. She will be your number one cheerleader guiding 9Round members through what she calls "adult recess". Desiree also enjoys running and strength training.
