  • i love you can jump in every 3 mins without having to wait for a class to begin, I love how it changes up every day so you NEVER grow bored, I love how hard it makes me work and sweat. I burn SO many calories in 30 minutes (I doubt I could make myself work that hard on my own). The coaches are great and very kind and helpful. I love it that I can work in my fitness level and I'm happy that everyone is so busy working their own selves out that they don't have time to watch me at my lower skill level.

    Meagan "the Monster" Adams
    Meagan is an owner and trainer at the Highland Village and Hurst 9Round locations. Meagan has always had a passion for health and fitness and has a bachelor degree in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas. She holds training certificates through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and 9Round Fitness. While going to school full-time and working full-time, she started looking for a workout that would fit her busy lifestyle. She gave 9Round a try and loved it! The 30 minute workout and no class times fit her hectic schedule perfectly, and she knew right away that she would love training and educating others in this fitness sector and help them take their fitness goals to the next level!

    Tricia "the Tsunami" Borchardt
    Tricia has been a trainer at 9Round for over two years now. She has always had the drive for challenging herself in workouts and the passion for helping others. Tricia has spent the past six years training at North Texas MMA, and the past four years teaching kids/teens boxing and kickboxing there. She enjoys the fast paced, challenging, full body workout that 9Round brings!

    Delvin "the Dangerous" Holmes
    As a former athlete, Delvin has always had a love for health and fitness. Delvin has been with 9Round since 2016. He loves working here because it's very fast paced, it's convenient, and he generally just loves training people.

    Ebony "the Exterminator" Zavala
    Former member turned trainer, Ebony, has always loved working out and pushing her body to extreme measures. Coming from an athletic background, kickboxing has been her favorite form or working out to date! She knew that working at 9Round would be fun because the of atmosphere, and the members are always willing to be pushed and try new things. She also enjoys giving positive and encouraging comments to the members because she feels that we are all in this journey together!

    Megan Dawson
    Megan is a new trainer at Highland Village and her goal is to inspire you to push harder, but have fun at the same time. After having two back surgeries, becoming active and feeling strong became her focus. Now she wants to help others pursue a healthy and fit lifestyle.

    Kendrae "the Killa" Carter
    Kendrae, a former collegiate athlete that graduated from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, is the newest addition to our 9Round team! He has experience as a strength and conditioning coach, and as a basketball coach. Ken loves 9Round because of the fast paced and different workouts each day. He also enjoys giving positive encouragement while equipping those around him to strive past their comfort zone and on to lead a healthy lifestyle.
