How I get to monitor my heart rate on the screen. And the results that are sent to me via email. That there are no set times for classes, you can pop in whenever you want. It feels like you have your own personal trainer!

  • A short, high energy workout that helps meet my goals. I like the technical training I get from Cort. I also appreciate Dan and Jen who appreciate that people in the 40+ age range may need to dial it down a few notches on some days to protect knee, wrist and shoulder joints.

  • It is a workout I can do in 30 minutes. The intensity is up to me. I like to watch the heart monitor to see where I am at and keep my heart in the “fat burning zone”. The workouts vary day to day so I am not doing the same thing day after day. The trainers are fun to work with and my favorite part of the workout is the trainer led workout, which is only 3 minutes but it really get my heart pumping
